Bale unhappy with Tottenham handling of his Real Madrid move

27 August 2013 - 12:10

Tottenham Hotspurs winger Gareth Bale skipped a training session with his team mates after he was left angry and frustrated by the way Tottenham have handled his proposed move to Real Madrid.

  • Chelsea to move for former Arsenal goalkeeper?
  • Former Chelsea boss to replace Erik ten Hag at Man Utd?

  • The 24 year old has been eager to make the switch to the Santiago Bernabeu this summer but the Premier League side have managed to hold onto him. There were widespread reports that a £100 million offer was accepted by Spurs and the Welsh international would complete his move last weekend.

Spurs also revealed earlier yesterday that there has been a late offer by a second club and despite rumor mills suggesting it to be Manchester United , David Moyes has rejected all such claims.

The Scot, when quizzed about a possible bid for the mercurial winger, reverted back with a firm 'no'. However, the new Manchester United boss refused to rule out making an offer for the midfielder in the future.
