AVB to address press on Bale transfer issue

28 August 2013 - 08:27

Tottenham Hotspurs manager Andre Villas Boas is expected to address the press today ahead of their Europa League play off clash with Dinamo Tbilisi.

 • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
 • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
 • The Portuguese is believed to be keen on putting an end to all the rumors surrounding the winger's future despite media reports suggesting that a deal has already been struck.
Daniel Levy has been angered by Real's decision to lower their offer from their previous bid of €100 million €90 million so as to satisfy Cristiano Ronaldo's demands of remaining the most expensive player in the history of the game.
The Spurs chairman and club officials are believed to have been angered by Real Madrid's pressure tactics to unsettle the player and are now more determined to hold on to the Welshman beyond the summer.
Manchester United are also interested in the winger but the 24 year old is desperate for a move to the Santiago Bernabeu and is supposedly angry with Tottenham's dealing with the transfer.
