Paris St Germain lost out in the race to sign former Ajax midfielder Christian Eriksen after Tottenham secured the Denmark international's coveted signature yesterday. Eriksen has signed a four year contract at White Hart Lane.
The Dane had reportedly been in talks with PSG for over a week before Spurs finally wrapped up a deal.<br />
Eriksen has been brought in at Spurs to offer more cover in the midfield department since star player Gareth Bale left to join Real Madrid yesterday after six years at White Hart Lane.
