Borussia Dortmund playmaker Ilkay Gundogan has revealed that he is still discussing a new contract with his club but there is nothing more to add.
The 22 year old has been central to Dortmund's Champions League run last season and the Bundesliga giants are trying hard to negotiate a new deal with him. With star striker Robert Lewandowski set to leave the Westfalenstadion next summer, Dortmund are keen to tie down the German international to a long term contract at the club.<br />
Gundogan, who is also wanted by Manchester United, has revealed that talks are ongoing but nothing has been finalised as of yet.<br />
He told <em>Ruhr Nachrichten</em> newspaper: "There is nothing new to comment on, those talks and negotiations are actually on-going. If we had anything to announce, we would reveal it.<br />
"I am not going to make statements on the contents of those talks. Everyone has to be patient about it, just like I have to be patient in terms of my current injury."
