French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain are set to make a bid for Chelsea's Juan Mata when the transfer window opens up in January, according to The Sunday People.
Mata is reportedly linked with a switch to the French champions for a transfer fee in the region of £35m, having seen the Parisiens miss out on the Spanish playmaker during the summer.<br /><br />The Spaniard has failed to establish himself in the starting line-up regularly since the arrival of manager Jose Mourinho, who prefers Brazilian midfielder Oscar over the club's player of the season.<br />
It will be interesting to see whether Mourinho would allow the talented playmaker leave the West London outfit, when the winter transfer window reopens in January.
