The 14-year-old starlet who has been compared to the likes of Lionel Messi, is widely considered as one of the best youth attacking prospects in the footballing world. <br /><br />Barcelona are keen to acquire the player's signature and have offered a transfer fee in the region of £2.5m for his services, but the Daily Mail claims that the Manchester City are monitoring the progress of the player with a view of making a January transfer bid for the youngster.
