Tottenham are readying a a renewed move for Corinthians striker Alexandre Pato, according to The Daily Star.
The North London outfit failed in their pursuit of the Brazilian forward during the summer, with the player electing to stay put in his homeland, but Spurs are ready to make a fresh bid for the player as they aim to bolster their striking options. <br /><br />Manager Andre Villas-Boas is keen on bringing the forward, with the club having only three genuine strikers in Roberto Soldado, Jermain Defoe and Emmanuel Adebayor, with the latter two yet to convince him of their abilities.<br /><br />The 24-year-old joined Corinthians from Italian giants AC Milan earlier this year having failed to succeed in Italy.
