The 19-year-old England International has feadtured for the Toffees regularly this season and earned a national team call-up for his excellent show on the field.&nbsp;<br />

The Mirror reports that the Blues are lining up a &pound;20m January bid for the player, who has earlier stated his desire of staying with the Merseyside club for the season, as a switch away from Goodison Park could ruin his chances of featuring for England in the World Cup next summer.<br />

Chelsea are likely to make a move for Barkley as manager Mourinho is keen on finding a replacement for Juan Mata, who he is still unsure about.
