Manchester City are reportedly planning a summer swoop for Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes, which could end Joe Hart's spell with the Premier League outfit.

The Citizens manager is keen on signing a new first-choice shot stopper following Hart's drastic drop in form this season, which has seen him being dropped from the starting line-up in the last matches, and replaced by Costel Pantilimon.<br />

The Sunday People reports that the Chilean manager will try and lure Victor Valdes to the Etihad at the end of the current campaign.&nbsp;<br />

City are also monitoring Arsenal and Monaco target Julio Cesar, and will attempt to sign the Brazilian goalkeeper, should they fail in their move for Valdes.
