Man Utd are prepared to pay a massive&nbsp;&pound;5million to secure the signing of Gauld, who has already appeared once for Scotland's under-21 side. &nbsp;The 17-year-old has been on the books at Dundee United since 2006 and the Scottish club are desperate to keep hold of their prized asset unless a top side is prepared to cough up a huge amount of money for the player.
