Iago Aspas' agent Rodriguez Baster has revealed that he will meet up with Liverpool's higher officials to discuss the future of his client.
The talented forward has been associated with a switch to Real Betis or Valencia during the winter transfer window, having fallen down the pecking order at Anfield, following the arrival of Luis Suarez from his 10 match suspension.
Baster expressed that he will meet up with the Reds directors to analyse what lies ahead for Iago Aspas, with the transfer window close approaching.
"In two weeks, I have a meeting in Liverpool with the Liverpool directors to analyse the future of Iago Aspas in January," Baster said. Â "Up to now, the news in the papers is simply rumours. Some clubs have made enquiries, but the decision will be made by the directors at Liverpool."
The 26-year-old Spaniard has yet to score for the Merseyside outfit since his move from La Liga side Celta Vigo during the summer.
