The admission of David Moyes as the new Manchester United manager on recommendation of Sir Alex Ferguson at the beginning of the season was believed to be the perfect choice to take the Red Devils forward, as many considered the Scotsman as the " Chosen One".
However, with Moyes taking over from one of the greatest managers of all time, Manchester United failed to showcase the form that led them to glory in recent seasons, and now find themselves under immense pressure to gain a European qualification spot this season.
The Red Devils have lost their last two games to Everton and Newcastle United by a similar 1-0 margin at Old Trafford, all being record feats for the visitors, and this could be the ideal time for David Moyes to be relieved from his duties.
Manchester United are currently struggling in 9th place in the League standings.
