Hull City are reportedly closing in on an agreement with Manchester United over the signing of Nick Powell on loan for the rest of the season.
The talented England Under-21 international has showed off his class during his time with Championship outfit Wigan Atletic, having put up a string of excellent performances for the Latics, who have had a poor season upto now.
The Mirror reports that manager David Moyes wants to test the 19-year-old in the England's top tier, with Hull City boss Steve Bruce speculated to have held talks with the Scot over the loan agreement for the player.
However, Bruce would have to change the loan status of either Jake Livermore or Danny Graham, in order to acquire the services of Powell, as the rules dictate that clubs are not allowed to loan more than two players at a time from a Premier League outfit.Â
