Sevilla star Snubs Manchester United and Liverpool

Sevilla star Ivan Rakitic has dealt Premier League clubs Manchester United and Liverpool a transfer blow by revealing that he intends to stay in Spain till the end of the season. Previously the Croatian had stated that he would be making his decision on his future after returning from his holidays after continuously being linked to a move away.

The 25 year old has been in sparkling form this season having scored eight goals and assisting in another six.<br />

However it seems Rakitic would be reaming with Sevilla until at least the summer after having said this,<br />

"For the time being, I only think about Sevilla. <br />

"I have important matches ahead of me and additional responsibilities as captain of the team, so leaving is not something I'm considering now."
