Newcastle are the new favourites to complete a move for starlet Wilfried Zaha on loan from Man Utd. Zaha has been linked with a short term switch to both Crystal Palace and Cardiff City.

The player has been told he is unlikely to be a part of David Moyes' first team plans at Old Trafford this season and therefore is free to depart elsewhere.<br />

Earlier, it had been reported that Cardiff City were winning the race to complete a deal for the England international, but now Newcastle are believed to be favourites.<br />

The Toon Army's manager Alan Pardew is looking to bring in some more attacking talent in the January transfer window.
