Newcastle winning race to sign Wilfried Zaha?

Newcastle are the new favourites to complete a move for starlet Wilfried Zaha on loan from Man Utd. Zaha has been linked with a short term switch to both Crystal Palace and Cardiff City.

The player has been told he is unlikely to be a part of David Moyes' first team plans at Old Trafford this season and therefore is free to depart elsewhere.


Earlier, it had been reported that Cardiff City were winning the race to complete a deal for the England international, but now Newcastle are believed to be favourites.


The Toon Army's manager Alan Pardew is looking to bring in some more attacking talent in the January transfer window.
