Liverpool scouts watched Rayo Vallecano midfielder Saul Niguez in action the past weekend.The Anfield giants sent scouts to monitor the youngster in action against his parent club Atletico Madrid.

Liverpool scouts watched Rayo Vallecano midfielder Saul Niguez in action the past weekend. The Anfield giants sent scouts to monitor the youngster in action against his parent club Atletico Madrid. According to reports, Liverpool are weighing up a 20 million euro transfer bid in the summer. Niguez is widely regarded as one of the best young players in Spain at this time and has been compared to Cesc Fabregas.
