Liverpool have seemingly rejected Italian giants Napoli's first bid for Denmark international centre back Daniel Agger.However, Napoli boss Rafa Benitez is expected to up his bid to 14 million Euros to secure the signing of the influential defender.

However, Napoli boss Rafa Benitez is expected to up his bid to 14 million Euros to secure the signing of the influential defender. Despite Napoli yet to have spent big in the January transfer window, they have been constantly linked with a move for the Liverpool centre back and will make an improved offer this week,The Reds are confident that they have enough strength in depth to cope with the departure of the defender.
