Manchester United's number one David De Gea is reportedly set to sign a new contract that will keep him at the club until 2018.
The Mirror reports that the Red Devils are set to offer an improved wage structure of around £90,000 a week in order to extend the Spaniard's stay at the club until the summer of 2018.
The 23-year-old, who joined the Manchester giants from Atletico Madrid for a fee of £17.5m in 2011, has shaken off his early blunders and become the club's number one choice for the shot-stopper role ahead of Danish international Anders Lindegaard.
The report also claims that Barcelona are considering a summer bid of £25m for the former Atletico Madrid star.
