Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is keen on loaning out Thorgan Hazard to an English club next season.
The 20-year-old who signed for the Blues along with his brother Eden, has spent the last two seasons on loan with Belgium outfit Zulte Waregem.
However, the Blues are unlikely to allow him to join Zulte on a third loan stint, with manager Jose Mourinho keen on testing the youngster's potential while playing for an English club.
Thorgan has notched up 11 goals in 33 games for Zulte this season.
