Bayern Munich forward Thomas Muller is considered as a top transfer target for Manchester United this summer, according to a report.
The Red Devils who are currently under control of interim manager Ryan Giggs have endured a horrible Premier League campaign, and currently find themselves out of the Europa league qualification places.
According to The Mirror, the Mancunian giants are likely to appoint Louis van Gaal as their next manager after this summer's World Cup finals in Brazil, where he will be in charge of the Netherlands national side.
The report also reveals that Van Gaal will make the signing of Muller as the club's top priority, and a bid in the region of £37m would be sufficient to lure Bayern Munich into letting go of their star asset.
Muller has scored 25 goals in 49 games for the Bavarian giants this season.
