Reports reveal that the West London club are likely to allow the sale of centre-back David Luiz this summer, with La Liga giants Barcelona keen on securing his services.

 

Benatia has been speculated to be the first choice to replace Luiz at Stamford Bridge, but the Blues have now placed Sporting Lisbon defender William Carvalho as a back-up option, as they are likely to face a bidding war from Juventus for first-choice target Benatia this summer.
