Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho could make a surprise move for Manchester City star midfielder Yaya Toure this summer, according to Mundo Deportivo.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game

  • The talented Ivory Coast international is apparently unhappy at the Etihad, following the club's failure to wish him on his birthday, as it coincided with their league title celebrations.

Mundo Deportivo claims that the African Player of the Year will decide on his future at the Mancunian giants after the World Cup finals in Brazil next month.

In addition to this, the Blues boss Mourinho could make the most of the situation and sign up the former Barca star this summer.

Mourinho is understood to be keen on strengthening the club's midfield setup this summer, and the addition of Toure could well enhance their chances of winning the Premier League title next season.
