Rio Ferdinand has agreed a deal to join QPR. The coveted centre back moves to London after 12 years at Man Utd.

There had been some doubt about whether or not Rio would move to QPR, with manager Harry Redknapp also suggesting a deal would be impossible. However after discussions with Ferdinand's agent and QPR representatives, a deal has been wrapped up for Rio to sign a two year deal.
