Benfica star Lazar Markovic looks set to be Liverpool's fourth signing of the transfer window, according to Portuguese newspaper A Bola.
Reds boss Brendan Rodgers is believed to be a huge admirer of the Benfica winger and had told the club's hierachy to get him on board at any cost.
Reports earlier had speculated that the Reds had agreed on a £20m transfer for the talented winger. A Bola claims that the transfer news is liable, and Markovic will move to the Merseyside giants on a five-year deal, which includes a buy-out clause of around £35.6m.
Liverpool have already signed Rickie Lambert, Emre Can, and Adam Lallana this summer.
