  • The 27-year-old midfielder has been constantly linked with a switch to the Premier League over the past month, with the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea interested in his services.

Reports earlier revealed that the Gunners had agreed on a deal in principle with Los Blancos for the German enforcer, but this speculation came to a close after Khedira's agent Jorg Neubauer revealed that he had not yet received an offer from any club for the player's signature.

According to The Express, the Blues boss Jose Mourinho is ready to offload John Obi Mikel for a fee of around £10m in the next few days, as the club plan to recoup funds to finance the German international's switch to Stamford Bridge this summer.
