Swedish international Zlatan Ibrahimovic wants to leave Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain and return to former club Juventus, claims his former coach Stefan Hansson.

  • According to Italian daily La Gazzetta dello Sport, Hansson, who coached the 32-year-old during his days at Malmo, said, “We spoke on Skype a few days ago and he told me that he would like to return to Juventus, if not this year then next year. But it is not a matter of money.”

The prolific striker moved to the Italian club back in 2004 from Ajax in a €16 million deal, and scored 26 league goals in his 70 appearances in his two seasons with the Old Lady, before he joined Inter Milan in 2006.

He then moved to Barcelona followed by his loan spell and then permanent transfer to AC Milan, before completing his big money move to PSG. He has since then scored on 78 occasions in 92 appearances for the Parisians and has won two back-to-back league titles with the French club.

But Ibrahimovic still has two years left on his contract with the Parc des Princes outfit, and boss Laurent Blanc will be hoping their star player sees it through.
