AC Milan have made a final bid for Adel Taarabt. Harry Redknapp has told the midfielder that he can leave Queens Park Rangers but only if the club's £4 million valuation is matched.

Adel Taarabt's agent has already arrived in Italy for talks with AC Milan and the Morocco international is desperate to return to the club where he spent last season on loan. According to reports, CEO of Milan Adriano Galliani will meet with Queens Park Rangers' representatives to wrap up a deal on Tuesday morning.

QPR are currently hoping to sign Jonathan de Guzman as a replacement for Taarabt.
