Arsenal offered Jermaine Defoe?

Arsenal have been reportedly offered the chance to sign former Spurs striker Jermaine Defoe on a short-term loan deal.

    Widespread reports reveal that Toronto FC are ready to part ways with Defoe this summer. In addition to this, the Gunners could opt to sign the England international on loan until January, with the deal likely to be reviewed during the winter transfer window.

    Queens Park Rangers and Crystal Palace have also been linked with the player's services.
