Gaston Ramirez will have a second chance at success in the Premier League after the Uruguayan international winger completed a loan switch to Hull City from Southampton.
The talented forward had been linked with a return to Italy but the Saints decided that the best move for his career would be to stay in England. Ronald Koeman still has high hopes for Ramirez that he will one day be an important member of Southampton's squad.
Hull City were particularly busy on transfer deadline day and also signed Mohamed Diame from West Ham for an undisclosed fee.
