Arsenal could make a move for one of Primeira Liga's best during the winter transfer window, according to Portuguese daily A Bola.

  • The Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is believed to be keen on strengthening his front-line in January, with back-up striker Lukas Podolski likely to depart from the club.

    According to A Bola, the North London outfit will make a winter offer for the highly-rated Eduardo Salvio, who is also regarded to be on the radar of Chelsea and Manchester City.

    Salvio has been capped five times by the Argentine national side.
