Manchester United coach Louis van Gaal is readying a 23 million euro bid for Monaco full back Layvin Kurzawa. The 22-year-old is seen as a ready made replacement for former captain Patrice Evra.
United are to spend big in January after a disappointing start to their campaign and it is understood that the acquisition of new defensive players is van Gaal's top priority. Kurzawa has been in excellent form for Monaco this campaign and is said to be looking for a move to England within the next six months. United will make an enquiry for the player next month.
