Spain international Fernando Torres could leave Chelsea on a free transfer in January, should AC Milan opt to cancel the striker's two year loan deal.
The talented striker joined the Rossoneri from the Blues over the summer, having found himself out-of-favour under manager Jose Mourinho.
Recent reports have revealed that Milan manager Filippo Inzaghi was unhappy at Torres' display at the San Siro in recent weeks, and could terminate the loan deal in the New Year.
According to The Mirror, the Blues could opt to allow the former Liverpool star leave on a free transfer, should he return to the club in the winter transfer window.
Torres has made nine appearances for Milan this season.
