Centre back Aymeric Laporte looks set for a move to Man Utd in the January transfer window. The Spaniard is Louis van Gaal's transfer priority next month.
The 20-year-old is very highly rated in his home country and could be allowed to move to Old Trafford for a fee of around 18 million euros. United are desperate to find a new centre back over the winter period and will fork out top dollar to being in a highly rated defender. Laporte is also a target for Spanish side Valencia, who have already contacted Athletic Bilbao regarding the defender's availability. United had been linked with Laporte back in January 2013.
