Chelsea look set to offload midfielder Thorgan Hazard to Borussia Monchengladbach on a permanent deal at the end of the season.
The Belgian international joined the Blues alongside his brother Eden Hazard in the summer of 2012, but has since then found hard to break into the first-team setup at the West London outfit.
According to German sports daily Bild, the 21-year-old, who is currently on a season-long loan at Gladbach, will seal his permanent switch to the Bundesliga outfit next summer.
The report adds that a fee of around £7m has been agreed between both parties to conclude the transfer.
