According to Independent, Real Sociedad boss David Moyes has been given the option to buy a new striker in the current transfer window, and considers Ings as his top transfer target.
The report adds that the Scot is ready to spend the whole transfer budget in order to tempt the Clarets into letting go of their star asset.
