Arsenal's search for midfield reinforcements could see the Gunners table a bid for French midfielder Adrien Rabiot. The PSG man has two years remaining on his contract in Paris.

The Gunners have only recently started playing Francis Coquelin in their first team and Arsene Wenger is still eagerly scouting Europe to find a new midfielder.

The 19-year-old spent a short spell on loan at Toulouse last season and now Arsenal are hoping to secure a loan transfer for Rabiot.

Rabiot has so far yet to feature in the first team on a regular basis and could therefore be allowed to leave on a temporary basis.
