Arsenal have reportedly received a dent in their pursuit for one of Ligue 1's best.
The Gunners were believed to be keen on launching a bid for Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani at the end of the season.
Recent reports revealed that the Uruguayan international was unhappy with manager Laurent Blanc's decision to play him as a second striker behind Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
However, the 27-year-old has now revealed that he is happy plying his trade for Les Parisiens.
"Today I'm great here in Paris," he said. "My family and I are happy and every time they come and watch me play, they enjoy," He said.
"We have a great team. Like I said, there is a nice project backing the club and I'm finding my way in Paris. I want to give them the best."
Cavani has scored 48 goals in 70 games in his career at Les Parisiens so far.
