England international James Milner is holding out on signing a new deal at Manchester City as he wants to finish his career at the Etihad.
Milner's existing deal at City expires at the end of the season, and talks have stalled in recent months regarding a contract extension.
According to The Mirror, the former Villa star is keen on signing a new four-year deal which would keep him at the club until the summer of 2019.
However, City are only willing to offer the 29-year-old with a three-year contract extension,
Arsenal and Liverpool are understood to be monitoring the player's contract status.
