Arsenal boss unfazed by Cazorla exit rumours

21 February 2015 - 02:38

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has insisted that he is not worried with speculation linking star midfielder Santi Cazorla with a move back to La Liga.

  • Arsenal handed injury boost on defender ahead of Bournemouth clash
  • Chelsea planning shock move for Man City winger?

  • The Spain international struggled in the initial part of the campaign leading to rumours that he could make a return back to his home nation.

However, the 30-year-old has turn his fortunes in recent weeks and is now considered an integral part of the first-team setup at the North London outfit.

Wenger has now revealed that he is not concerned with the player's exit rumours, and expects the former Malaga star to honour his contract at the Emirates.

"He extended his contract last year," The Frenchman said. "I don't think there's anything to worry about, we've not been approached."
