Manchester United are believed to be interested in signing up Braga midfielder Rafa Silva in the summer, according to a report.

The Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal has expressed his desire to bolster his midfield options at the end of the season, with Juan Mata considered a likely candidate to exit Old Trafford.

According to Portuguese source A Bola, United have joined the likes of Bayer Leverkusen, Atletico Madrid and Sevilla in the pursuit of Braga's Silva.

The 21-year-old is currently valued at £15m by the Primeira Liga outfit.
