England winger Raheem Sterling has yet to sign a contract extension at Liverpool, The Mail reports.

  • The talented winger has been in negotiations with the Merseysiders over a new deal in recent months.

However, Reds boss Brendan Rodgers recently revealed that the club could wait until the summer, before agreeing a new deal for the 20-year-old.

According to The Mail, Sterling's camp and Liverpool remain far apart in agreeing to a new contract due to the player's high wage demands of more than £100,000-a-week.

Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are believed to be monitoring the proceedings.
