Carl Jenkinson has been given the all clear to make a permanent move from Arsenal to West Ham. The right back has spent this current campaign on loan at the Hammers.
Jenkinson has been in inspired form under Sam Allardyce and has now suggested that he would like to make a permanent transfer to Upton Park. The young defender could struggle for first team time at Arsenal next season with Calum Chambers and Hector Bellerin seemingly preferred as long term options to fill the right back role. Arsene Wenger is also likely to receive some interest in Jenkinson from other teams with Premier League duo Hull City and Newcastle United also said to be monitoring the player's transfer situation.
