Liverpool will renew their pursuit or Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain this summer, The Express reports.
The Argentina international has been associated with a switch to the Premier League in recent years.
Higuain is understood to be keen on extending his deal at Naples, and his father, who happens to be his agent, will discuss a new deal in coming weeks.
According to The Express, Reds boss Brendan Rodgers will look to move for the former Los Blancos man, should he fail to secure a new contract at the Serie A outfit.
Higuain has notched up 22 goals in 41 games for Napoli this season.
