Inter Milan chasing Petr Cech

Cech on his way out?

Inter Milan chasing Petr Cech

Inter Milan have reportedly tabled a bid for Czech Republic international goalkeeper Petr Cech. The Stamford Bridge side have received an official offer for the goalkeeper from the Serie A giants.

  • Chelsea midfielder looking forward to London derby vs Spurs
  • Arsenal in the front row to sign Dutch striker

  • Inter have struggled in recent seasons to reproduce the form that made them one of Europe's most successful clubs and it is understood that Inter Milan's newly appointed manager Roberto Mancini wants to bring in Cech to shore up his leaky defence.

With the Blues reportedly quoting Inter Milan an estimated 8.5 million euros to snap up Cech at the end of the season, it is expected the keeper will eventually make a move away from the Premier League at that cut reduced price.

Cech has grown increasingly frustrated this season having played second fiddle to Thibaut Courtois in the Blues' goal. Courtois returned to the club at the end of last season after a successful loan spell at La Liga champions Atletico Madrid.
