The talented defender has been in top form for Spurs this season, and is currently the first-choice ahead of Ben Davies for the left-back role.

The Blues manager Jose Mourinho is keen on signing up a new left-back in the summer, as he is unconvinced with Filipe Luis' performances at Stamford Bridge.

Azpilicueta has been handing the left-back duties in recent months at the Blues, but Tuttomercato claims that the West London giants will rival the Citizens with a bid of around £10m for Rose at the end of the current campaign.
