However, he has since then struggled to produce performances on a consistent basis.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Spurs could be tempted to offload the talented winger to Inter, should they receive a suitable offer.

Nerazzurri boss Roberto Mancini is keen to partner the Argentine with Mauro Icardi upfront for the club next season.
