Chelsea want Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko to replace outbound star Didier Drogba.

Drogba is likely to leave the Blues once his contract expires in the summer.

The Mirror cites that Dzeko will exit the Etihad in the summer, as he is deemed surplus to requirements.

It is added that the Blues see the Bosnian international as the ideal foil for Diego Costa, and could secure his signature on a bargain fee of just £10m.
