German international Lukas Podolski could find himself back in his homeland this summer.

The World Cup winner fell out-of-favour under Gunners boss Arsene Wenger, and was shipped out on-loan to Inter Milan for the second half of the campaign.

However, he has failed to make any impact at the Milan giants, and will return to the Emirates at the expiry of his loan deal.

Reports in Germany reveal that the Wolves will look to sign up Podolski in the summer, as they aim to boost their chances of making out of the group stages of the Champions League next season.

Podolski has scored a solitary goal for Inter in his loan spell.
