Bosnian international Edin Dzeko becomes the latest Manchester City player to be associated with a summer move to Liverpool.
Dzeko has struggled for form throughout the season, and is expected to be offload alongside teammate Stevan Jovetic in the summer, with manager Manuel Pellegrini content having the likes of Wilfried Bony and Sergio Aguero lead his attack upfront.
The Mail claims that the Reds are keen on signing up Dzeko, but will have to pay a fee of at least £25m.
It is added that the Merseysiders have received a blow in their pursuit of Jovetic, as he is likely to cost them £20m, far from their estimated fee of £12m.
